Coding Creations Camp
Ages 5 - 8
Learn the basics of computing through making games and art projects through block coding! Students learn key topics of using computers such as being safe online and how to use a computer keyboard and trackpad. Students learn computer science topics through hands-on Unplugged activities as well as coding on the computer. All experience levels welcome (no reading skills required)! Note this camp uses lessons from code.org. Code.org curriculum is open source and free.
Pixel Heroes Game Development Camp
Ages 7 - 12
Have you ever wanted to make your own video game? Do just that in Pixel Heroes Game Development Camp! Campers learn the basics of computer science through interactive projects and conclude the week with building and presenting their own game. All experience levels welcome! Note this camp uses lessons from code.org. Code.org curriculum is open source and free.
